This page describes how airoundswithdrsyd.com handles your information. The short version: this site collects almost nothing, and nothing without telling you.

What we collect

Email address — only if you sign up for the Safe Setup Checklist or the email list. Signup is optional and everything on the site is readable without it.

Basic, anonymous analytics — page views via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

How your email is used

To deliver what you signed up for and to send occasional emails when there's something useful — new guides, new tools. No selling or renting the list, no sharing it with advertisers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Who processes it

The email list is managed by Kit (kit.com), the email service provider that stores subscriber addresses on our behalf. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Both act as service providers for this site; neither is permitted to use your address for their own purposes.

What we never collect here

This is an educational site about practice operations. It is not a patient portal and it collects no health information. If you are a patient, nothing you do on this site creates or affects a clinical relationship — clinical care happens only within Dr. Green's practice in British Columbia.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email via the link in its footer, or write to [email protected] to have your address removed entirely. You can also use that address for any question about this policy or the information held about you.

Changes

If these practices change — for example, when a checkout provider is added for paid tools — this page will be updated and the "last updated" date revised.
